What Is CTARS?
CTARS is a client management system and operational service solution that is based in the cloud. It helps client-focused care-based organisations provide best-practice quality care in a cost-effective way. CTARS was made to help human services organisations meet NDIS and other accreditation requirements, with a focus on child services, services for people with disabilities, and foster care/out-of-home care.
CTARS is the place where all of an organization’s needs for service management come together. CTARS makes sure that businesses have the tools they need to do every job, from taking in new customers to scheduling, billing, and invoicing, to keeping track of daily activities and reporting on them, to managing problems and sending out alerts, to reporting on whether goals were met or not and what happened as a result.
Ctars About Us?
CTARS is a client management system and operational service solution that is based in the cloud. It helps client-focused care-based organisations provide best-practice quality care in a cost-effective way. CTARS was made to help human service organisations that focus on child care, care for people with disabilities, and foster care/out-of-home care meet the requirements of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and other certification bodies. Paying more attention to customers. WHY? There needs to be more information gathered so that patterns and insights can be found and used to make better decisions. There was less money spent. WHAT? Care and billing can be done at the same time if you have good processes and workflows. Follow through in every way. HOW? Best-practice frameworks for the industry should be used to make sure that procedures are legal. What are the benefits of CTARS? EXCLUSIVELY MADE FOR YOU. CTARS was made by practitioners and social workers. Your services and the problems they cause gave us ideas for how to do things, what words to use, and how to think.

CTARS Pricing
Today, care-based organisations in Australia have to give good care while following the rules set by the NDIS and State governments. Prices are going up and laws are changing, which makes this even harder.
CTARS was made with a lot of help from experts in the field. This was done to make sure that we offer best-practice processes and access to solutions that keep getting better as needs change in the NDIS, disability, foster care, and children’s services landscapes.
