What Does “Mymercy” About?
MyMercy is a free, easy-to-use tool that lets you manage your health online using your smartphone, tablet or PC. Use MyMercy to connect with your care team and your health – anytime, anywhere:
Mymercy Registration Requires What Kind Of Information?
- Registration for MyMercy can be done in one of four ways:
- Patient information – asks you questions about yourself that you already know the answers to.
- A 15-digit code given to you by Mercy can be used to access MyMercy
- Use the account number from a previous Mercy bill to log into your MyMercy Billing Account.
- Use your insurance member ID from a recent visit for this purpose.
To Use MyMercy, You Need A Username And Password.
Enter User Name
Your Lawson ID is your MyPay user name. This is not the same as your network logon. Your boss would have told you this when you started working for them.
Enter Password
The first password is chosen at random, and your leader would have given it to you when you started working for MyMercy. This password will only be used once to log in to MyPay. You will be asked to change your password right away..
Mypay: Forgotten Your Password?
Coworkers can reset their MyPay (MyHR) password on this page.
Step 1: Type your Windows user name and password below. Here are the user name and password you need to use a computer or workstation at Mercy.
Step 2: Enter your new password for MyPay (MyHR). (See the requirements for a strong password below.)
Please make a strong password that includes: one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number, a minimum of eight characters, and it can’t be the same as your User ID.

If you aren’t a current co-worker, please call the MTS Service Center at 866-440-3399 to reset your password.
Can Someone Tell Me How To Join Mymercy?
The first step is becoming a Mercy patient. For those that aren’t, you can look for one here.
The easiest way to sign up is to speak with a Mercy Clinic coworker or register online if you have a Mercy Clinic Care Team.
Alternatively, you can book an appointment online and then establish an account with your confirmation code.
How Safe Is Mymercy’s Encryption?
We go to considerable lengths to protect the privacy and security of your personal health information.
Secure access codes, personal IDs, and passwords regulate who has access to what data.Unless you know your password, no one can access your MyMercy information.
The latest encryption technology is also used by MyMercy, which ensures that no personal health information about you is stored on your computer.
All MyMercy messaging takes place while you’re safely logged into the MyMercy website, as opposed to ordinary email.
Using this information, your provider’s office will be able to connect you to the correct medical record.
How Can I Access My Children’s Medical Records In Mymercy?
Having a MyMercy account linked to your child’s account is required if your child is under the age of 16.
By calling the Mercy Care Team for your child and requesting access to their MyMercy account, you can easily set up an account for them.
Issues With Mercy Health Mychart
If you have forgotten your MyChart password, or are having difficulty accessing or logging into the MyChart app, please contact the Mercy Health MyChart Help Desk at 844-552-4278. Please note, COVID-19 Vaccine scheduling is not available through the MyChart Help Desk.

Mymercy Testing For COVID-19
In addition to retail pharmacies and local health departments, you can get a COVID-19 test at any of these locations.
The only patients who can get testing at Mercy Health are those with Mercy Health primary care providers (PCP). Please call 866-624-0366 for further information.
It’s best to contact your local health department or a retail pharmacy if you don’t already have a Mercy Health primary care physician (PCP). Make an appointment if you don’t currently have a Mercy Health primary care physician (PCP).
